The performer was born on 26 November 1996 at Santa Monica California in the United States of America. She is the daughter of Vincenzo Barba, her father and Valerie Barba. When she was six, her family moved from Point Pleasant New Jersey. Point Pleasant New Jersey. Her education was completed at Red Bank Catholic High School, New Jersey. The schooling continued through Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. The violin was first played at age 4 and was referred to by the name Violin Girl. Because of her talent, she was called by that name. She also worked as a violin teacher for the youngsters in the area. As she was turning 19 she sang Free 1976 American Idol in the 6th season. The singer was eliminated after she finished 16th on American Idol. She's sung a number of songs including 2009's 'The Christmas Song The Christmas Song' as well as 2010's Out for Blood. Also, she has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, as well as other shows on TV. Antonella Barba, an American performer, gained fame while participating in the sixth season of American Idol.
